Eva Reaves



Teaches Acrobatics, Lyrical, & Contemporary Dance ​Classes
​for Children at The Dance Element dance studio.





Eva Reaves has been part of our dance family
for over sixteen years!







Eva began her training at The Dance Element in 2007
& literally grew up within the walls of our studio.





Through years of hard work and dedication,
we watched this acrobatic 6-year-old
turn her natural dance abilities into the
finely tuned skills of a competent athlete
& the creative artistry of a confident performer.





In 2012, she was awarded our studio’s highest honor,
the "Miss Gracie" Memorial Dance Scholarship.







Proficient across many dance styles, Eva easily transitions from classical ballet to jazz, tap, hip hop, modern, contemporary, & acrobatics techniques.





Her musicality & quality of movement make Eva a stunning performer with a unique command over the audience & a striking presence on the stage.













As a senior member of the Element Productions Performance Company, Eva danced several starring roles in Dance Element productions & perfected complicated choreography for some of our greatest, most memorable group numbers.









In 2018, Eva & another company dancer created a contemporary piece for an
Emerging Choreographers showcase.
They were encouraged to audition it for the annual Arts Sensation benefit concert at Thalian Hall.



This truly exceptional work entitled "Dreaming" was selected by a jury of adults, & the girls were invited to perform in this popular mainstage event, alongside professional dancers & musicians many years their senior.





Inherently a leader & positive role model,
Eva assisted with numerous classes
& helped to nurture many younger dancers
in her time as a Dance Element student.





In 2020, Eva became the third graduate of our dance program to join our diversely talented faculty.

Since then, she has very much enjoyed sharing her knowledge & talent with several groups of Acrobatics, Lyrical, & Contemporary dance students.







Eva's passion for dance is quick to ignite a spark
in the hearts & minds of aspiring artists,
& we are so excited for the fortunate young dancers
she will inspire in the years ahead!
