The Dance Element requires that each student have a credit or debit card on file to guarantee overdue payments. Your card on file will not be charged automatically for monthly tuition unless you request auto payments, below.

I understand that there is some risk of injury involved with dance training, and I agree not to hold The Dance Element responsible if an accident should occur.
In the event of injury or illness, I grant permission for any necessary medical attention to be administered to my child until I can be contacted.
I understand that photographs and videos of my child participating in dance activities could appear on the internet or in published materials, and I release these materials to The Dance Element of Wilmington LLC.
